    VOC Treatment Catalyst

     

    Catalysts are new type, high efficiency catalysts for treating and purifying organic exhaust gases, they are composed of noble metals as chief active ingredients and supported on γ-Al2O3 and cordierite honeycomb ceramics by high disperse and uniform distributing method.

     

    PERFORMANCE

    1. Broad application: they are applicable to various industrial waste gases, such as carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and their exogenous derivatives. 

    2. Low flow resistance, low initial reaction temperature, high activity, and wide applicability to space velocity. When the catalysts act on such organic substances as hydrocarbons, at a concentration of 2000-8000mg/m3, at space velocity 10000-20000h-1, and preheat temperature 300-500°C, the purification efficiency can be ≥98%. 

    3. Good heat stability. They can stand the impact of 900°C high temperature for a short time. 

    4. Long life. The service life is about 1 year to 3 year, or follows your demand.

     

    APPLICATIONS

    Many factories in the process of spraying and drying paint inevitably emit waste gases containing impermissible amounts of organic substances, such as benzene, hydrocarbon, alcohol, aldehyde, ketone, ether ester, and carbon monoxide. For instance , chemical works , food works , machines , instruments , apparatus , manufacturers of cars , wires , printings , lacquering , multicolor steel plates , shoes making , wire-enameling machines etc .
